• High school girls (Grades 8–12)
• Small groups or grade-based cohorts

Ethical Practice & Referrals These workshops are preventative and educational, not therapeutic or diagnostic. Learners who present with concerns beyond the scope of the workshop will be referred to the school’s support structures or appropriate mental health professionals.
